CREATOR TERMS
Welcome to Ease — we are thrilled that you are considering joining our community. By registering as an affiliate or content creator, you agree to the terms and conditions below. These ensure that we can work together in a pleasant and fair manner.
1. Admission to the program
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application. We consciously select creators who fit our mission and brand values. If we do not accept your application, you have no legal recourse against this decision.
2. Affiliate links & discount codes
Once you are admitted, you will receive a personal affiliate link. This link is linked to your account and ensures that you receive commission on orders placed through you.
You can promote via social media, your blog, newsletter, or other channels. If you have received a personal discount code, you may also communicate this. Please note: you will not receive double payment if someone clicks on your link and uses the discount code.
3. Commission & payments
You will receive a commission of 15% on the amount that the customer ultimately pays at checkout. This is the total amount after any discounts, including VAT and shipping costs.
Please note: this 15% commission applies to members of the general Ease Creator Community.
Payments are only made for successful, completed orders. Orders that are canceled, returned, or refunded are not eligible for payment. Make sure you fill in your payment details correctly in your account.
4. Use of content (usage rights)
All content that you share with us or on social media as a creator (video, photo, text, audio) may be used by Ease without restriction for:
- Advertisements (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
- Our website and landing pages
- Social media and email marketing
- Branding and brand communication
You naturally retain the rights to your own work, but you do grant Ease unlimited, worldwide, and free usage rights for commercial purposes.
5. Cookie policy
We track sales via cookies. This means that someone must click on your affiliate link (or use your code) and complete their purchase within the set period of 30 days. If someone deletes or refuses cookies, we unfortunately cannot attribute that sale to you.
6. Termination of participation
Want to leave the program? No problem. Just send an email to: zoe@lash-ease.com. We may also terminate your participation if we notice abuse or if your content no longer fits the brand.
