What is the delivery time?

My order has been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What to do?

If your tracking shows that your package has been marked as “Delivered,” but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier. You will need to provide us with the proof of loss or a formal claim confirmation from the carrier. Claims for packages marked as delivered will not be eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.

I have a missing or damaged product

If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim. Be sure to provide your order number, photos of the packaging (if damaged), photo of the packing slip (missing item claims), and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.Note for Packaging Damage:We always aim to deliver your items in great condition, and we carefully package every order to ensure they arrive safely. However, please note that if the packaging gets damaged during transit but the item itself remains fully functional, it won’t be eligible for a replacement or refund. Do I have to pay import duties & tax?

No, you do not have to pay any import duties and tax. We aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, so the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at delivery. This ensures that you can enjoy our products without worrying about extra costs.

Can I return my order?

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging. See our return policy for more info.

What are the return conditions?

If we receive an item back that does not meet the return conditions below, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.- The order must be returned in its original packaging.- The box of the Lash Ease Eyelash Curler must still be sealed.- The article must not have been used or damaged.- Orders outside the 30-day return period will not be accepted.Please note that any product received free of charge must also be returned. If this is not the case, the retail value of this product will be charged.

When will I be refunded?

If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to either original method of payment or store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund. Restocking fees may be deducted if applicable.

I did not receive a confirmation

Check your spam folder, as confirmation e-mails sometimes end up there. If the payment is successful and the money has been debited from your account, you can assume that the order has been successfully processed and you will receive a tracking link soon. I accidentally entered the wrong address

Make sure you enter or select the correct delivery address when you place your order. Please email hey@lash-ease.com as soon as possible if you see an error in the details. If your parcel has not been sent yet, we can still adjust it for you. Due to our commitment to fast delivery, it is often not possible to change address details after you have placed your order. With the track & trace number in the confirmation e-mail, you can look up the delivery details and contact the carrier yourself. They may be able to do something for you.

Can I get burnt by the eyelash curler?

The Lash Ease eyelash curler is 100% safe, so no chance of burns! It has a heat protection groove that has been keeping the heating wire at a safe distance from the eyelids, so you don't have to worry about getting too close and risking a burn.The temperature settings of 60°C-70°C and 75°C-85°C feel like a warm, light temperature.

Won't my lashes break off due to heat?

Definitely not. It has a heat protection groove on the applicator that keeps your lashes long and healthy.

Will it work on my short/straight/stubborn lashes?
